Hey there,

I’m Jen, a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach, helping people create simple, realistic habits that build lasting health, energy, and confidence - without giving up the joys of life or what makes them uniquely themselves.

At 21, I was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and at 35, with pre-diabetes.

I didn’t come from a background of understanding how to navigate these challenges.

I didn’t understand that I could find healing through lifestyle changes.

I had to learn (and unlearn), experiment, make mistakes, and try again. Through that process, I discovered my own strength and grit. I discovered the profound power of small, consistent steps in four areas that matter most: nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress. By incorporating sustainable lifestyle changes, I found healing, remission, and true freedom in enjoying my life.

Before coaching, I spent 13 years in consumer sales, honing skills in strategy, analysis, and problem-solving. Somewhere along the way, I realized I had a clear calling: to help people find a fuller life by helping them bridge the gap between their ideal and reality.

At home, I’m a wife to a Star Wars nerd, mom to two endlessly energetic boys, and an unapologetic lover of Harry Potter and WW2 books. I love to be outside, especially in the mountains. I dream about traveling and delicious food. I run random races, just to see if I can. I love belly laughs, having dance parties in the kitchen with my kids, and late nights with deep conversation and a hot cup of tea.
